In this section of our website we’ve provided three brief examples of mindfulness exercises that include:
- Basic mindful breathing
- Basic mindful eating
- Basic Meditation
- Basic mindful walking
These examples are merely designed to give you a little taste of how a mindfulness exercise is done. These are all brief (3-5 minutes) and are not intended to be complete by any means.
