		<description>I think you make a really important point. It&#039;s a lot easier to focus on weaknesses and frustrations/limitations. But when I do, I usually end up feeling more frustrated. In our coaching you challenged me to consider approaching some of these situations using the skills I am really good at instead. Makes all the difference!  I&#039;m still aware of the challenges, but by focusing on strengths I feel more empowered and creative.</description>
